🚀 Sara Bejlek takes her maiden WTA title in Abu Dhabi and jumps 63 spots from #101 to #38. The Czech is the first player to leap from outside the Top 100 straight into the Top 50 since Amanda Anisimova in August 2024.
🔟 Ekaterina Alexandrova returns to the Top 10 for the first time since the start of the season. Seeded #2 in Abu Dhabi, Alexandrova made it all the way to the final.
🎉 Hailey Baptiste reaches her first ever WTA semifinal in Abu Dhabi and hits a new career high of #39. The 24yo American has climbed 46 spots since October.
🎉 Alexandra Eala enjoys a week of good results and insane fan support in Abu Dhabi and cracks the Top 40 for the first time, up 5 spots to #40. It's the 3rd week in a row Eala has reached a new peak.
📈 Oleksandra Oliynykova packs on a bunch of points in Cluj, entrenching herself in the Top 100 by rocketing 20 spots to a new career high of #71. Almost nothing to defend until late summer.
🔙 Sonay Kartal goes deep in Abu Dhabi and returns to the Top 50 for the first time since September. The Brit has now been inside the top 100 for 16 months.
📉 Denis Shapovalov plummets 15 spots from #25 to #40 after the points from his 2025 Dallas title come off a week before the 2026 event starts.
🔙 Katie Boulter takes the title in Ostrava, leaping back up to #84. The Brit had been outside the top 100 since November.
💔 Ashlyn Krueger goes out in the 1st round of Abu Dhabi after reaching the final in 2025, tumbling 46 spots from #55 to #101.
🚀 Simona Waltert picks up the first WTA 500 match win of her career against Daria Kasatkina in Abu Dhabi and leaps 14 spots to score a new career high of #81.
📉 Hubert Hurkacz drops 18 spots to #70, trading spaces with Montpellier runner-up Adrian Mannarino.
🔙 Kayla Day is back in the Top 200 at #195 after ankle surgery in December 2024. The former world #84 has won two ITF titles already in 2026.
